Davis & Associates Environmental Consulting LLC is certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation  and the Delaware Department of Transportation as a Minority Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE). Our firm has been in business since 2005. We provide advice and assistance to engineering firms, property owners, and local governments regarding compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations including the Federal Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Maryland Nontidal Wetlands Protection Act, the Maryland Forest Conservation Act, and the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Law. We assess the existing conditions on the site, prepare the required compliance documentation, prepare necessary permit applications and supporting documentation, and conduct coordination with regulatory personnel.
